Special purpose probes: Designed for your application
Using proven Air Coplanar Probe technology, Cascade Microtech's Impedance Matching Probes are available in both reactive and resistive versions. A choice of either ACP or FPC body styles is available. Reactive matching probes provide low-loss transitions such as to the low impedance outputs of power devices. Resistive matching probes are frequently used to individually terminate the patch to a low dynamic resistance laser diode for maximally flat modulation frequency response.
