Cascade Microtech recognizes the critical nature of our customer's operations. That's why every Cascade Microtech system includes a standard 12-month warranty on parts and labor*.

Including:

• Access to Cascade Microtech Technical Support
• On-site service visits, when required

Extended Warranty coverage is available at time of purchase

*Excludes positioners, or consumables such as probes, probe cards, and cables which contain a 90-day warranty. Customer supplied equipment is not included.
